The Client intended to take a full repairing and insuring lease of a city-centre office building. Doyen Land undertook a building survey to identify any defects or other issues that may adversely impact the tenant’s enjoyment of the property, as well as providing a Schedule of Condition to append to the lease and provide lease advice in respect to future dilapidations liabilities.
