Doyen Land provides a full suite of services to our Occupier Clients who rent or own their premises.
Our services are tailored to help ensure our Client’s premises support their core business as efficiently as possible in the short-, medium and long-term throughout the process of acquisition, fit out and alterations to eventual disposal.
We work with our Clients to understand their operational requirements and identify how their property meets those needs and where improvements or efficiencies can be made.
Our services include:
Market Search Conducting a search of suitable premises that match our Client’s criteria including location, budget, type and size of property, as well as a holistic view of associated fitout and alteration works.
Lease Negotiation Protecting the Client’s interests in the lease to obtain optimal terms and conditions reflecting the current market condition and tenant’s requirements.
Alterations & Fitout We carry out all design, specification and procurement services for tenant fitout and alterations to ensure that works meet the client’s requirements and delivered on time and within budget.
Facilities Management Ongoing management service to ensure that the premises provide a safe working environment, stay well maintained and compliant with legislation.
Lease Exit Whether this is through the natural expiry, exercise of a break clause, negotiated surrender, assignment or sub-letting.
Dilapidations Advising on tenant’s repairing, reinstatement and other obligations contained in the lease.
