Land Acquisition and Pre-application Advice

Doyen Land was instructed by an occupier to carry out a market search and identify potential parcels of land to accommodate c. 25,000 sqft of industrial and distribution space that they wished to develop. Upon identifying a potential acquisition, we provided commercial and technical advice around the development potential of the land and procured a planning ‘pre-app’ report to assess the site attributes that may impact the likelihood of obtaining planning permission for the development.
