Our Client instructed Doyen Land to carry out an appraisal to determine the development potential of a 2 acre parcel of land prominently located on the North Norfolk Coast. We carried out a highest and best use study and modelled multiple schemes and uses, taking into account the local market demands and restrictions affecting the site to determine the optimal development scheme.
