An overseas Client had recently invested in a tired hatchery and wanted to refurbish it to a state-of-the-art standard between hatching seasons.  Doyen Land was instructed to manage the internal strip-out of redundant machines, services and asbestos-containing materials and the subsequent fit-out works which comprised new floor and wall finishes, mechanical & electrical services and structural works. 

Doyen Land prepared the design and tender packages, recommended the appointment of Contractors and oversaw the works execution.  The works were completed within the time-frame to start the new hatching season.
