The Client wanted to reposition this prominent sports and social club to update the dated bar into an all-day licensed cafe, refurbish the sports hall into a multi-use sports and functions venue and carry out modifications to other parts of the centre. Doyen Land was instructed to prepare the design, specification and tender package, oversee the tender process and works execution.  The works were completed on time and within budget.
