Schedule of Condition

Doyen Land was instructed to carry out an inspection and produce a Schedule of Condition to be appended to a new lease, created as a result from a management buy-out. The property comprised a motor sports engineering facility arranged over c. 25,000 sqft of industrial space, and the purpose of the schedule was to record the existing condition and identify defects, to limit the tenant’s repairing liabilities under the new lease.
